We sat upstairs next to a window with beautiful views over Morecambe Bay and had some really nice pub grub. Children's meals were very generous. Staff friendly and helpful. We will be going there again!

Simple understated family run business with a solid menu and excellent food. Had the fish finger sandwich and a Guinness, gorgeous, both. Warm and friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.

I don't usually say this but if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Really. I won't go into the lovely atmosphere, the stunning views or seriously impressive service (Lesley your a gem) because you don't need to know about it. The only thing you need to know about is the burgers. If your reading this and think " I don't want a burger" then your wrong. I think it may be the best burger I have ever had. It was huge, messy andnso so so good. It's very well priced for what it is, comfortable and just a great experience. Also, did I mention the burgers?

A lovely visit today, this used to be run by my grandfather and I spent my summers there as a child. Its lovely to see it going back to a family restaurant and bar with its recent take over. The environment is clean and well maintained and there is a lovely patio area. Dogs are welcome inside and out and although we did not eat here on this occasion the food leaving the kitchen appeared lovely.

Lovely pub with amazing views in a sea view room. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is highly recommended and well presented. Only downside is the smoking area is out the front of the pub so the smell was coming into our room and the trains so keep your window closed if you can.
